- You will identify opportunities within new customers and work with Account Management to prospect for new business leads in existing client organizations
- Responsible for qualifying and cultivating leads, following up with them and, most importantly, winning business to meet and exceed pre-established corporate goals
- Work with management and internal team(s) and lead the business development process to meet and exceed assigned revenue targets by generating business from new and existing clients
- Evangelize our unique selling proposition in service of maximizing revenue and profit

- Coordinate opportunities from suspect, through prospect, close and on-boarding stages

- Develop and maintain a prioritized new prospect list.
- Work with Account Leads to recognize opportunities in new areas of existing customer organizations
- Research and communicate information about target sectors, customers and competitors to inform strategically based business development process and maximize close rate.
- Have a deep understanding of the business and marketing challenges of key prospects
- Manage/keep in regular contact with individuals and companies on the prospect list
- Build relationships between Dotsavvy and key decision makers
- Research prospects to inform the business development process with key insights
- Develop sales strategies for assigned prospects and coordinate associated presentations/pitches, working within the prescribed business development process
- Communicate the status of opportunities, clearly articulate next steps and discuss potential risks, etc. with the Dotsavvy management team
- Work collaboratively with target-companies and internal resources to define optimal approaches and strategies
- Effectively negotiate with multiple levels of executive management within prospective client organisations to drive towards closure
- Identify, engage, direct and inspire appropriate team to deliver sales results
- Originate Project Briefs that clearly direct and powerfully inspire outstanding delivery
- Accurately forecast and document proposed opportunities in our CRM
- Collaborate with Account Management to “hand-off” closed opportunities (so as to maximize the further growth of that business after close and on-boarding)
- Proven track record of establishing and maintaining mutually-valuable relationships with C-level personnel in targeted verticals (including Financial Services, Consumer Products & Goods, Telecoms, etc)
- Skills to consistently identify and close large-scale marketing relationships
- Solid with all business development activities including opportunity management and documentation as well as working with team-mates to move opportunities through the sales funnel to close
- Work with management and internal team(s) and lead the business development process to meet and exceed assigned revenue targets by generating business from new and existing clients
- Established network of senior business contacts
- Highly developed communication and negotiating skills
- Degree in marketing, management MBA is a plus!
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience selling large-scale digital marketing/consulting services relationships to C-Level executives in target market sectors
- Proven track record of reaching consultative sales targets and KPI’s
- Comprehensive expertise in all facets of the business development process
- High level of financial, business and industry insights as well as consultative selling skills
- Well organized and methodical in how business is conducted
- Proven ability to create compelling written and oral communication in a concise, polished and timely manner
- Highly self-motivated with extremely developed communication and organizational skills
- Excellent ability to listen, lead and influence
- Enthusiastic about contributing to business growth, brand, processes and client base
- Collaborative team player with positive, whatever-it-takes orientation
- Experience selling consultative digital marketing solutions in an agency environment
- A solid understanding of our market: products, players and technologies
