Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities in the Kenyan market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand clients' needs and requirements and propose suitable products/services to meet their needs.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts to clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and delivery of products/services.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English and Swahili is required; knowledge of other local languages is a plus.
