Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, expanding our client base, managing customer relationships, and developing engaging social media content. The role requires flexibility to work alternate weekends and contribute to our brand’s growth through creative content and strategic outreach.

Job Description/Requirements

Lead Generation & Sales:

  •  Identify and target new customer acquisition opportunities for Tumi Wellness
  •  Build relationships with potential clients via calls, meetings, and networking events.
  •  Convert leads into sales through effective follow-ups, presentations, and consultations.


Client Relationship Management:

  •  Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  •  Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and issues promptly and professionally.
  •  Collect feedback to understand client needs and improve service offerings.


Social Media Content Creation & Management:

  •  Develop and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) in line with brand guidelines.
  •  Create, schedule, and post relevant content to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  •  Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and user engagement to improve content strategy.


Marketing & Promotions:

  •  Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  •  Collaborate with the team to develop digital and offline strategies to drive business growth.


Alternate Weekend Work:

  •  Assist in managing weekend operations including customer inquiries, follow-ups, and special weekend promotions.
  •  Provide on-ground support for home spa bookings on alternating weekends.


KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):

1. Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by driving new client acquisition and retaining existing clients.

2. Lead Conversion Rate: Maintain a lead-to-client conversion rate of at least 80% from generated leads.

3. Customer Satisfaction: Achieve a customer satisfaction rate of 90%+ based on feedback and repeat business.

4. Social Media Engagement: Grow social media followers by 10% month-over-month and maintain a consistent engagement rate (likes, comments, shares).

5. Content Creation: Develop a minimum of 3-4 pieces of content per week, including images, videos, and posts.

6. Marketing Campaign Success: Run at least 3 promotional campaigns per month.

7. Reports: Submit Marketing reports showing follow-up and closed business. This includes post-marketing activity/campaign updates.


Qualifications & Skills:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  •  Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relations.
  •  Experience in social media content creation and management.
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  •  Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media tools, and CRM software.
  •  Ability to work on alternate weekends and adapt to a dynamic schedule.
  •  A passion for wellness, beauty, or spa services is a plus.
