Job Title: Business Operations Associate

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, excelling in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Initiatives:
- Identify and execute strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends to uncover new opportunities for expansion.
Partnership Outreach and Development:
- Research, identify, and engage with potential partners to build long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute partnership strategies.
- Negotiate partnership agreements to align with company goals.
LinkedIn Outreach:
- Leverage LinkedIn to identify, connect with, and nurture relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Develop and manage outreach campaigns to generate quality leads.
- Monitor and optimize outreach performance metrics.
Cold Calls:
- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients, presenting our offerings and addressing inquiries.
- Effectively pitch solutions, handle objections, and build rapport with leads.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Track and analyze KPIs to measure the success of outreach and business development efforts.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on performance and areas for improvement.
- Support ad-hoc initiatives or projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Proven track record in selling software or high-ticket products/services.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Strong phone presence with the ability to engage and persuade.
Preferred:
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced business environment.
- Proficiency in tools such as CRM platforms, Google Workspace, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and project management software.
- Familiarity with market research and data analysis to inform strategies.
