QED Solutions is a leading provider of innovative procurement software solutions designed to streamline and enhance the procurement process. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Assistant with a background in eProcurement. This role will support our business development efforts and foster client relationships.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in identifying and researching potential clients and market opportunities.
2. Support the business development team in developing outreach strategies and marketing materials.
3. Help maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate lead and client information.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and data that inform business development strategies.
5. Prepare presentations, reports, and proposals for prospective clients.
6. Liaising with partners in the different countries.
7. Must be willing to travel across Africa.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the software or technology sector.
3. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
