Bookkeeper (Karen Area)

General Ledger Management:

●Maintain and update the general ledger using Quickbooks software.

●Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.

●Generate and analyze financial reports for management review.

Bank Reconciliations:

●Conduct monthly bank reconciliations to verify accuracy and completeness of transactions.

●Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.

Accounts Receivable:

●Manage and monitor accounts receivable.

●Generate and send customer invoices, and follow up on overdue payments.

●Maintain accurate records of customer transactions.

Statutory Returns:

●Prepare and submit timely statutory returns, including tax filings.

●Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations.

Payroll:

●Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.

●Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.

●Address payroll-related queries and issues.

Qualifications:

●Required Accounting qualification should be at least CPAK Part III.

●Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.

●Proficiency in Quickbooks software.

●Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

●Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

●Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

●Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Education and Experience:

●Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

●Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance.
