JOB SUMMARY

Location: WestlandsWorking Hours: Night Shift (Mon - Fri)Job description: The position of a project Bid Coordinator is to organize incoming and outgoing bid request and project request for work.  Extract and organize bid documents from Customer portals.   Must be self-motivated, extremely organized, with a strong desire to meet customer deadlines.   This job is an at-home office, yet professional protocol must be maintained.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:Produce and deliver professional proposal information within customer-defined timeframes.Coordinate and prepare bid packages and proposals for various construction projects, ensuring timely submission and compliance with RFP requirements.Manage and organize bid documents, including RFPs, technical specifications, drawings, and related materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and team members to gather necessary information, costs, schedules, and technical details for comprehensive bids.Review bid submissions for compliance and accuracy, adhering to company standards and RFP requirements.Manage the workload calendar of the assigned region independently.Track customer contacts and ensure accurate bidding for estimators.Major Skills and Qualifications:Experience in customer service or a similar role with a proven track record of multitasking and email organization.Excellent time management, critical thinking, and organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel).High attention to detail to produce quality documents under pressure and demanding deadlines.Positive attitude towards customers and team members, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.Self-starter who works well in a team environment, with an exceptional desire to please the customer.
