JOB SUMMARY
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Consultant to work hand in hand with managers in the creation and development of reports within the Prism system. The ideal candidate will organize and categorize emails, maintain constant communication with carrier sales and brokers, and possess a solid background in administrative work and document management. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, with a particular emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint, is essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with managers to create and develop detailed reports in the Prism system.Organize and categorize emails efficiently to ensure smooth communication flow.Maintain ongoing communication with carrier sales and brokers to address any issues or concerns.Ensure accurate and timely document management, including filing, retrieval, and archiving.Utilize Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to analyze data and create presentations and reports.Qualifications:Solid experience in administrative work and document management.Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related experience preferred1 year of experience in a similar role
