Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Assistant at IBERBANCO located in Westlands, Kilimani division. The Back Office Assistant will be responsible for back office operations, providing analytical support, administrative assistance, communication with internal teams and external partners, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Qualifications
- Have a background in Law or its equivalent
- Back Office Operations and Administrative Assistance skills
- Analytical Skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Customer Service skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
