Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nairobi for a B2B Sales Executive specializing in travel portal services. The responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new B2B clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts. The role involves promoting and selling travel products and services to agencies and corporate clients, negotiating and closing deals, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will also be required to stay updated on market trends to provide innovative travel solutions and prepare sales reports to align with business growth objectives.


Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in B2B sales and client relationship management
  • Knowledge of the travel industry, including domestic and international travel solutions
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a target-driven environment
  • Advanced understanding of corporate travel requirements and travel software platforms
  • Proficiency in preparing accurate sales reports and market analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field
  • Experience with M.I.C.E. events and crafting tailored travel packages is a plus
