JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Branch Manager to support the operations of the client's warehouse in Mombasa. The ideal candidate should have strong management experience and excellent people management skills to oversee daily activities, ensure operational efficiency, and lead a high-performing team. Candidates should either reside in Mombasa or be willing to relocate.Qualifications & ExperienceDiploma or Degree in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.At least 5 years of managerial or supervisory experience, preferably in warehousing, logistics, or operations.Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven track record in team supervision.Must be based in Mombasa or willing to relocate.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.Lead and supervise warehouse staff, fostering teamwork and high performance.Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring proper stock management and timely order fulfillment.Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures to ensure compliance.Support in strategic planning, decision-making, and process improvement to enhance warehouse performance.Handle staff performance evaluations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions when necessary.Prepare reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and workforce performance.Work closely with logistics, procurement, and sales teams to streamline supply chain processes.
