Asset-care Assistant

Our client, a leading provider of Utilities Operations and Maintenance Services, is seeking a competent Asset Care Assistant to support the efficient operation and maintenance of refrigeration systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute preventive maintenance schedules in line with set standards
• Conduct routine inspections on critical components (temperature, leakage, pressure, lubrication)
• Monitor equipment performance and identify abnormalities (e.g., unusual noise, inefficiencies)
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and surrounding environment
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
• Inspect and maintain filters, strainers, valves, and related systems

Qualifications & Experience

• Advanced Certificate in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (if together with Electrical Hydraulics & Pneumatics, added advantage)
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in an FMCG environment
• Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Proven troubleshooting and repair skills

Salary Gross Kshs 30,000/- (Kenya shillings thirty thousand only) per month and is subject to the relevant statutory deductions.
