We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and oversee our sales team. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in sales management and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:

2. Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.

3. Provide ongoing coaching, training, and guidance to the sales team to enhance their performance and sales skills.

4. Monitor sales activities and performance metrics, analyze data, and generate sales reports for management review.

5. Identify new market opportunities, target customer segments, and potential clients to expand the customer base.

6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and industry influencers.

7. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and product positioning strategies.

8. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to ensure a competitive edge.

9. Conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team, provide constructive feedback, and implement necessary improvement plans.

10. Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows to network, promote the company, and generate leads.

11. Manage and allocate sales budgets, resources, and expenses effectively.

12. Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and legal requirements.

13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the sales team.


Requirements:

1. Minimum diploma, preferred Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

2. Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales management, preferably in a similar industry.

3. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire the sales team.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

5. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

6. Analytical and strategic thinking abilities to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.

7. Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.

8. Strong negotiation and closing skills.

9. Ability to travel extensively.

10. Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
