Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and budgets.
- Develop and present design concepts, sketches, and detailed plans.
- Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and other necessary documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
- Visit construction sites to monitor progress and address any design-related challenges
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- At least 3 years of proven experience as an Architect, experience in interior design is a plus.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and materials.
