ANALYST/ EXEC ASSISTANT - FMCG

•  Assist in the development and implementation of data management strategies, ensuring efficient data integration, storage, and retrieval processes.
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish data quality standards and perform regular data audits to identify and rectify discrepancies.
•  Share appropriate data sets under appropriate data sharing Agreements with identified departments.
•  Support the technical team in statistical analysis and predictive modelling tasks using excel, python, R-software, SQL and Power BI.
•  Help in the creation and evaluation of Machine Learning Models (ML) for Financial Time Series analysis in R and python modelling.
•  Create clear and visually appealing data visualization to communicate complex data information effectively using Power BI.
•  Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, organizing meetings, and preparing communications on the Executive’s behalf.
•  Perform some accounting duties including tracking daily expenses and preparing Reports.
•  Welcome visitors and identify the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department.
•  Manage the Executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
•  Function as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
•  Oversee the performance of office staff below and keep up with office supply inventory.

Personal Specifications:

•  Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, Financial Engineering, Computer science, Industrial Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Data Science or Mathematics or a Business degree with professional Certification in Data Science.
•  Proficiency in at least two statistical programming language for big data analysis.
•  Certification in any professional course such as Data science, CAIA, CIFA, CFA, FMVA and BIDA.
•  At least 5 years’ experience as an Analyst.
