We are looking for an experienced AI Knowledge & Governance Lead (Copilot) to drive how enterprise knowledge is structured, governed, and leveraged in the age of AI.

This role sits at the intersection of knowledge management, data governance, and AI enablement, ensuring that content across the organization is well-organized, secure, and optimized for accurate retrieval by Copilot tools. You will play a key role in preparing both structured and unstructured data, improving content quality, and reducing risks such as misinformation and AI hallucinations.

Key Responsibilities

> Lead knowledge architecture and data readiness strategy for Copilot agents across divisions

> Oversee content governance, metadata models, and document hygiene practices

> Ensure Copilot knowledge sources are permission-trimmed and compliant

> Support teams in preparing structured and unstructured data for AI retrieval use cases

> Reduce hallucination risks through strong knowledge management and content structuring

> Partner with governance and security teams to enforce secure access boundaries

> Develop scalable frameworks for onboarding content into Copilot environments

Requirements

> Strong experience with SharePoint Online architecture and information design

> Solid understanding of Microsoft Search, indexing, and retrieval concepts

> Knowledge of AI knowledge boundaries, permissions, and content governance

> Experience working with structured and unstructured data in enterprise environments

> Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy

> Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams

> Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-evolving AI landscape
