Job description: The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to CEO/Owner. This individual will act as the right hand to the CEO, managing schedules, communications, and key projects to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing sensitive matters with discretion.English speaking, great with tech/computers; we will have the position sitting in on high-level meetings running Teams and zoom mtgs and taking notes in addition to other tasks.Experience years: +5 years of experienceEnglish level: C2 or nativeWorkplace: On site - Oasis Outsourcing Offices - Mogotio Road, WestlandSHIFT: Monday to Friday 8:00 am a 5:00 pm EST (3PM - 12AM KENYA TIME)
