As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
• Handle correspondence, scheduling, and document management.
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries professionally.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.
• Maintain an organized filing system for company and client records.
• Assist in developing and executing marketing and public relations initiatives.
• Manage company social media updates and contribute to content creation.
• Support budgeting, procurement, and office supply management.
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all administrative tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Public Relations, or Marketing.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and keen attention to detail.
