Key Responsibilities:

Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate financial records.. Help with accounts payable and receivable functions. Assist in bank reconciliations and other reconciliations as required. Support the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings. Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes. Assist in maintaining and organizing financial documents. Perform administrative duties as needed within the finance department. Assist in internal audits and financial analysis.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Excel and Google Sheets. Good organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in work. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks. Previous internship or work experience in a finance or accounting role
