Job Description/Requirements
- CPA 1 (Sec 1 & 2) qualification is a base requirement.
- Assist in day-to-day running of the Accounts office.
- Post and update of transactions in Quick Books – Cash Books, Ledgers, etc.
- Accounts Receivables – invoicing, debt follow up, tenants’ accounts reconciliations.
- Accounts Payables – preparation of payment lists and reconciliation of supplier accounts & statements.
- Filing work and management of Office Supplies.
- Monthly bank reconciliation statements.
- Assist in filing payroll taxes, withholding and VAT.
- Assist in preparation of Management Accounts.
- Petty Cash Management: Manage daily cash reconciliations and ensure compliance with petty cash policies.
- Management & Control of Inventory and supplies (Different Properties).
- Management of utility bills for both property owners and tenants.
- Undertake all other roles or assignments given by management.
