Job Summary

In this position, you will be responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the company's financial records and statements. You need to ensure that all financial activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, support management in making financial decisions, and collaborate with other departments to optimize the company's financial proces

Job Description/Requirements

  • Financial Records and Account Management:


  • Prepare and maintain daily financial records, including vouchers, bank reconciliations and ledgers.


  • Check and organize invoices, receipts and other financial documents.


Financial Statement Preparation:


  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements to ensure accurate reflection of the company's financial status.


  • Calculate and analyze financial ratios, provide financial reporting and data analysis support.


Budget Preparation and Control:


  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, track budget execution, analyze variances and make suggestions for improvement.


  • Participate in the development of financial planning strategies.


Tax Compliance:


  • Ensure that the company complies with all tax regulations, prepare and submit tax returns.


  • Assist in matters related to external audits and tax audits.


Financial Analysis:


  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support management in making operating decisions.


  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.


Internal Control and Compliance:


  • Maintain and follow financial policies and procedures to ensure effective internal controls.


  • Assist in internal audits to ensure compliance of operations.


Support and Collaboration:


  • Work with other departments (such as HR, Procurement, etc.) to ensure smooth operation of financial processes.


  • Provide accounting-related consultation and support.


Job Requirements


Education:


  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, financial management, or related field (CPA qualification preferred).



Work Experience:


  • 1years of experience in accounting or finance-related work (junior accounting)



Skills and Abilities:


  • Understand financial management and accounting principles as well as local tax laws and regulations.


  • Analytical skills, attention to detail, and good organizational and communication skills.
