JOB SUMMARY
Key Responsibilities:Client Onboarding and Cleanup:o Lead the onboarding process for new clients.o Manage cleanup projects and ensure accurate financial setup.o Standardize onboarding workflows and templates.Team Managemento Supervise remote bookkeeping teams.o Resolve complex accounting issues.o Train and support junior bookkeepers.SOP Development:o Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).o Ensure SOPs are clear and efficient.Bookkeeping and Reporting:o Oversee bookkeeping processes and ensure compliance.o Deliver accurate financial reports and advanced analytics.Client Consultations:o Prepare notes and follow-up tasks from client meetings.o Ensure timely submission of preparation materials.Requirements:• U.S. accounting experience (Flexible with years of exp)• Effective communication skills• Experience in bookkeeping and accounting.• Ability to work remotely and manage time efficiently.• Experience in operations and QA management.• Inventory management experience.SHIFT: ON-SITE - Location: Royal Offices, Mogotio Road, Office 32/33, Nairobi Kenya.- Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST (4:00 pm - 1:00 am KENYA TIME)
