Job Description/Requirements
1. Financial Record-Keeping:
• Maintain and update the general ledger to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts regularly.
2. Tax Management:
• Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports.
• Ensure compliance with government tax regulations.
3. Accounts Management:
• Process accounts receivable and payable.
• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity.
4. Reporting & Analysis:
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Analyze financial performance and suggest improvements for cost control.
5. Audit and Compliance:
• Coordinate with external auditors during audits.
• Ensure all financial systems and processes comply with regulations.
• CPA (K) (minimum section 4).
• Proven experience in accounting or finance (minimum of 3 years).
• Proficient in accounting software i.e. QuickBooks, SAP, or any other accounting software.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
The accountant will oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensure compliance with all financial regulations, and assist in driving the company’s financial strategy and profitability.
