Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s financial processes, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and supporting day-to-day accounting activities.

Job Description/Requirements
● Monitoring daily communications and responding to queries.
● Preparing statutory accounts and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
● Ensuring accuracy of payments, amounts, and records.
● Working with spreadsheets, sales, purchase ledgers, and journals.
● Recording and filing cash transactions in an organized manner.
● Controlling credit and chasing outstanding debts.
● Processing and filing invoices promptly.
● Handling expense requests and preparing for accountant approval.
● Conducting bank reconciliations and ensuring accurate records.
● Liaising with third-party providers, clients, and suppliers to manage financial transactions.
● Updating and maintaining procedural documentation for internal controls and audits.
Qualifications & Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
● Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
● Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
● Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.
● Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
● Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills:
● Experience in liaising with clients and suppliers.
● Strong knowledge of invoicing processes, debt control, and bank reconciliation.
