Job Description/Requirements
Qualifications:
- Completed full CPA (K) or ACCA
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
- Degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging lectures and tutorials on subjects such as Cost Accounting, Financial Accounting, Financial Management, and Auditing.
- Create and implement effective teaching strategies to enhance student learning.
- Assess student performance through exams, assignments, and other relevant methods.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to improve their understanding and skills.
- Encourage student participation in class discussions and activities.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into teaching materials.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve curriculum and teaching methods.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the overall development of the department.
Salary Range:
Ksh. 45,000 - 50,000 Gross
