About the Role:
We're seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team! You'll play a key role in driving sales for our two exciting products: plots and property management services. By leveraging a combination of digital and traditional marketing strategies, you'll generate leads, nurture customer relationships, and contribute to the overall growth of Fantom Group.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote plots and property management services.
● Utilize a blend of digital marketing channels (social media, email marketing, content creation, etc.) and traditional methods (print advertising, events) to reach target audiences.
● Manage social media presence through engaging content creation, community management, and campaign execution.
● Generate high-quality leads through effective prospecting and lead nurturing techniques.
● Qualify leads and convert them into paying customers by presenting product benefits and addressing customer needs.
● Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
● Minimum of a diploma in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
● At least 1 year of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably in the property sector.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● A passion for the real estate industry (a plus).
