Job Description/Requirements
We are a micro finance that gives loans to civil servants and selected parastatal on a check-off basis.
To qualify, one must possess the following:
- Be at least 25 years of age;
- Have a minimum education level of K.S.C.E. C- (Plain);
- Should be computer literate;
- Mature, Confident, Articulate and with strong communication skills;
- Resulted oriented with ability to work under strict deadlines and meet set sales targets;
- A high sales drive and a passionate will to succeed through personal effort;
- Well groomed, presentable and strong interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in microfinance or insurance will be a definite advantage.
Remuneration is an attractive Commission based structure.
