- In-charge of the laboratory, pharmacy and clinic
- Coordinate clinic affairs and supervise the part time medical officers
- Ensure quality assurance by maintenance of internal and external controls
- Ensure that all necessary documents pertaining to the facility are well filed and maintained.
- Manage Finance within the facility
- Supervise and allocate duties to all cadres of staff in the clinic
- Supervise customer care and improve on clinic processes
- Administer on medical equipment maintenance and advice on repairs
- Coordinate on marketing strategy for the branch
- Ensure adherence to relevant medical board licensing and requirements
Minimum qualification
- 3 years’ experience as lab technologist
- 1 year in management of a lab or medical facility
- HND or BSc in Lab medicine or equivalent
