Job Summary
Atwin Engineering & Construction Limited is in the water space and deals with water products and services. They specialize in borehole drilling, supply and installation of pumps. The company has also made inroads into solar products and water treatment equipment and installation The company is fast growing and is currently looking to recruit aggressive and passionate individuals to join their team. Reporting to the Technical Director, the Graduate Engineer will support the planning and execution of various projects from time to time.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Actively involved in business development under the leadership of the Managing Director
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure that clients receive their goods on time and in line with the specifications
- Provide support in the preparation of technical field reports following site visits, sales reports for management use.
- Play a key role in invoicing and debt collection and that payments are received on time
- Support the Director in preparing quotations as per specifications and submitting them on time
- Together with the Managing Director, conduct site surveys before designing appropriate solution for clients e.g. power requirements for generators, solar and water solutions and thereafter forwarding quotations.
- Advising clients on equipment servicing and maintenance: offer them the right spare parts for pumps, generators, solar equipment etc.
- Selling of spare parts of pumps, generators, water treatment, and solar equipments
- Prepare reports from time to time as they may be required by the Director and the clients
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering degree
- Strong affinity to learn, ability to work in high pressure environment with limited supervision
- Must possess good attitude and a customer oriented person
- Good problem solving skills and analytical ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- IT literate
- Must possess a clean driving licence and practical experience in driving
